I had my son's rehearsal dinner at 1111 in June 2024. The space was beautiful and the event was a success. Amy and Bobbi were in constant communication with me during all planning of the event. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend!

1111 was the perfect spot for our daughter's 1st birthday party. It is such a unique space. Everything was very detail oriented, easy and enjoyable. I would 100% book this event space again.

We threw a birthday party here and had an absolute blast! The space is wonderful, with such thoughtfully curated decor - all our guests were captivated by the stunning interior. Street parking is a breeze and the kitchen + bedroom accessibility is a major plus. There are 3 bathrooms, many tables, a bar and ample space to host an indoor event while boasting plenty of grassy outdoor area too, which worked so perfectly for us to have a kid’s bouncy house, pop-up petting zoo and taco truck. Amy and Bobbi are masters of customer satisfaction - they took care of providing us with all the necessary contacts for any vendors and they assisted our every need promptly and made themselves available around the clock with awesome tips to our dozens of inquiries. The event studio is nestled on a quiet street in the gorgeous westside neighborhood, conveniently located close to everything and with great highway access. Cannot recommend enough!!

We recently hosted a bridal shower at 1111 Event Space and it was amazing! Amy and her staff, are so accommodating (special shoutout to Bobbie!) and the venue is beautiful! Being able to bring in your own food and drinks allows complete flexibility on price range, selection, and dietary customizations. So many rental spaces have a list of vendors you have to use for catering and beverage services so you are restricted on menu and have limited cost controls. I am definitely going to book future events at this gem of a spot. Highly recommend!

This is my second time renting this event space, this time around for my sister’s baby shower and once again had a blast! Bobbi as always was very helpful and on top of everything! The space is always clean and we can’t get enough of how cute it is! You don’t need to decorate much, the place is already amazing! We will definitely be back in the near future. What a wonderful space for any event. Family reunion....birthday party...anniversary.. even a wedding reception. You name it the space will most likely meet your needs. How about just a weekend getaway. Two bedrooms three bathrooms a beautifully equipped kitchen and large event area. Splendid!!!! Owner does absolutely best to meet needs of people using the space.

This is a very beautiful space that is unique in that it is also a 2 bedroom Air B & B! The bedrooms are beautiful with lux linens and the kitchen rivals anything you’d see in Architectural Digest. The decor is elegantly elevated and is complimented by the customizable lighting system and state of the art sound system! The event space is very versatile. I have attended a handful of different events here such as a rehearsal dinner, football watch party, birthday party and a vintage clothing fair. The space was perfectly transformed for each event. When i inquired about renting 1111 Event Space for a fundraising event I was surprised by the very competitive pricing, especially since they provide the dinner tables, chairs and linens! Usually that is an extra fee! The property manager was very kind and helpful and willing to work with me to make sure my event would be top notch! I don’t usually write reviews but definitely wanted to this time because this place is a real stand-out!!

I hosted my 30th bday at 1111 Event Space and it was everything I could have asked for! The decor that was already there was perfect and beautiful. The team at 1111 also was super helpful with setting up tables and ice buckets for drinks. The sound system was great and I was able to hook my phone up to it to play my own music. The location was also perfect for people that wanted to go out afterwards. Would recommend to anyone wanting to throw a fun party for friends and family!!

The event space is beautiful and the convenience of have an attached air BnB is unmatched. The team works so hard to make sure the space really works for you and your guests. Bobbi was wonderful to work with - so kind and accommodating. We can’t wait to use this space again for something.

Bobbi was great to work with! The space was perfect for our annual staff planning corporate retreat. They accommodated all our needs and helped to make it a huge success! Will definitely go back for both personal and professional events!

We rented this fabulous space for a cousins reunion ❣️ Owners were very accommodating and quick to communicate if we needed anything or had any questions. They even purchased a grill for us to use to help with hosting! It's also an Airbnb! The provided tech equipment made game night extra special and fun! Will definitely be back!

From the moment I first toured 1111 Event Space, I was blown away it literally took my breath away, and I instantly knew this was the place for my event. Bobbi was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, professional, and full of the kind of happy energy that just makes everything better. Her communication throughout the planning process was top-notch. Our event was so much fun, and we received so many compliments from attendees on how beautiful the venue was. We can’t wait to host our next event here!

1111 is a cozy space with staff that are eager to assist. The venue is thoughtfully decorated and offers easy access for caterers or any other vendors you need for your event. The Airbnb was an added surprise for us — we can’t wait to stay the night next time we’re in town!
